Problem - Montclair NJ Powder Room
The broken toilet led to a complete remodeling in this very small
powder room with no option to expand.
Bath Before:
Solution - Montclair NJ Powder Room
Careful measuring and planning allowed a custom Emperador Dark marble
countertop to be as large as possible and still pass the code
inspection (21" between the front of the counter and the door and 21"
between the side of the counter and the toilet). Wall mounted
faucets allow for a larger sink. The undermount brackets support the
sink without bulk. Traditional design touches include unlacquered
polished brass fittings, hand printed wallpaper of a C. F. Voysey
pattern, vintage style wall sconce, antique mirror & framed prints,
custom inset door wall cabinet and Waterworks pennyround floor tile.
