Problem:

Girl needs a space for homework and hanging out with friends in Glen Ridge, NJ.

Solution:

A study/playroom in fresh spring colors – leaf green ceiling and carpet combined with yellow striped walls. A stenciled vine border is based on the loveseat fabric. The thrift shop side table received a painted finish including a chess game board top. Open cubbies provides storage for toys, games and school supplies. Desk with keyboard tray and file drawers is out of view.
