Problem - Fair Lawn kitchen:

The usual - old and dated, not enough counter space or storage, too crowded for more than one cook, no place to hang out or do homework. Beautiful view was not visible.

Solution - Fair Lawn kitchen:

Building an addition with a large window on the back of the house facing the beautiful park created a light filled eating and homework area. The built-in corner desk features a docking station for chargers and cables. Long counters provide plenty of space for several different working areas. Two sinks help with food prep, coffee making and clean up. Other features: hot water tubing radiant floor heat, custom cabinets including a built in microwave at the perfect height for the homeowner, and back door mud area with cubbies & hooks. This updated kitchen has all the modern conveniences in a style that blends with the feel of the 1929 house.
